Lori and I turned to Bronner’s cookbooks to see if we could find a recipe, but alas, there were none for hot cross buns. We did, however, find a delicious recipe for “Aunt Beatty’s Rolls” in our 2nd edition cookbook. The idea of transforming an everyday bread roll into an Easter treat was my second surprise as I took in how symbolic it is of🥚the transformation we have because of Christ’s love for us!🥚
This is a great side dish for Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner or for a simple family meal at home. It’s best enjoyed warm – that’s when the sugary, buttery praline topping oozes perfectly into the sweet potatoes. Bust out the butter, brown sugar and pecans cuz it’s about to get super tasty up-in-here!
The great thing about applesauce is that you can enjoy it chilled or warm, so it is great any time of the year. Still … when the air starts to turn, there’s just something so thrilling about the aroma of cinnamon and apples melting together into a perfect blend of happiness! Mothers Crockpot Applesauce recipe

Salami and Pepperoni are, of course, a must for a charcuterie board. Turning them into roses is a stunning idea for a summer spread. Easily create them by folding slices about two-thirds, overlapping, around the rim of a small or medium glass. Finally, gently upturn them onto your board. Without a doubt, these meat “flowers” are sure to impress.

It’s a given that a dessert is made by the ingredients.🥁 I mean made as in “make it or break it,” not made as in “to make from.” So it is no wonder that these 3-layer bars were even more sumptuous than I could have dreamed when I discovered the recipe! I’d never heard of Nanaimo Bars prior to discovering this tempting recipe! Apparently Nanaimo dessert bars are named after the Canadian city in British Columbia. These Nabino bars hail close, both in appearance and flavor!
