So these are my homemade breakfast bowls. Bacon, eggs and home-fries stuffed into a tortilla shell bowl that I made myself ( with a nice tip from a friend)! To make the bowl all you have to do is flip your muffin pans over grease and bake @375 for 10-15 ( I used flour tortillas here, i'd recommend using something else ) Top with syrup ,salsa or what ever you like!
