I am making jewelry again, YAY! Only for about 30 minutes a day and I am doing all my custom orders first! An absolutely huge thank you to all my wonderful customers for being so patient with me. My hands have been better but I am relearning and rebuilding my jewelry-making muscles. 💪 And on top of it all, I am studying geology hard so when I hear back about the GIA scholarship, I am ready to enroll! This MawSitSit is a custom I did last year. not for sale!

#ThrowBackThursday to this beautiful sterling silver and lapis set I created for the @MetalSmithsforChange auction last year. 💙 I am so happy I was able to help, even just a little bit, to this still important movement. I highly recommend you check them out, they put on sales and actions all the time and support great causes! https://metalsmithsforchange.com/
Stones, gems, minerals. I adore everything to do with geology & this love lead me to jewelry making. My application to America's leading resource of all things gemstones (GIA) has been accepted! 💎 You may have noticed I'm not active on social media or with my jewelry, that is because I am studying before classes even start! I am so excited about this huge next step for me. It is scary but I am oh, so ready! This lovely turquoise was an art trade I did a while back. NFS
I know I've not been active. 😔 The truth is that I still haven't made jewelry even though my arm is so much better! Maybe I burnt myself out. Maybe I am overwhelmed by going back into jewelry making. Maybe I still have mono. Maybe I am too excited about other things happening like the possibility to go to GIA to study gemology. Maybe all of it! 😱 I am practicing self-care and trying to get back into the swing of things. What do you do to get out of a rut? www.wiremoonjewelry.com
I finally finished a piece! Look, I did it! 🤯 This was a custom order, one of many that are waiting on my workbench. I was happy that this was a design I knew very well, so it was fun to do. 😊 Handmade with oxidized sterling silver and a beautiful bumblebee jasper. 🐝 I am not open for custom orders yet, sorry! www.wiremoonjewelry.com
