Last time I was at the Flume the classic view of Mt. Liberty above the bridge was obscured by clouds. I was pleased yesterday that the snow showers let up long enough to see the frozen peak.

Red, White and Blue by john knox on Capture My Vermont // Winter shot of Stony Brook Bridge in Northfield. I went to the bridge because of the snow cover and the red bridge and was totally surprised to find the flag attached to the bridge. It certainly was a welcome addition.

Our boys love covered bridges and I've always wanted to explore New England in the fall- we'd take a week long road trip to see as many bridges and colors as we could pack in! #HipmunkBL
Vermont Covered Bridges
