➡️▪️Start by doing one rep of every
exercise in the complex, sequentially.

A minimum of 20 seconds is required
and a Max of 40 seconds is allowed.

Lighter bell (16kg) add presses. •clean and press •snatch •overhead lunge and press •rack lunge and press •squat and press Heavier bell (20kg) •clean and press •snatch •overhead lunge •rack lunge •squat I alternated between the two..no specific timed rest. 5 sets of each on both sides with 10 swings between.
