Good Eats: Yogurt Kisses Frozen Yogurt Dots (so easy). Just put your favorite flavor of yogurt in plastic bag, cut corner and squeeze out the dots. Freeze for 1 hour. These would be an great after school snack for busy teachers!
Put the yogurt drops on a cookie sheet then put it in the freezer for about an hour. Healthy snack d-o-m-i: yogurt drops! Spoon flavored yogurt into a plastic bag. Squeeze dots onto cookie sheet and place in freezer. They’ll be ready in about an hour!
Frozen yogurt chips...I actually used Dannon Light and Fit Vanilla yogurt. Put 2 cups yogurt in a mixing bowl. Puree 8 fresh strawberries with 1 ripe banana. Mix with yogurt and place in a piping bag. (I used a sandwich ziploc), pipe into small dots on wax paper and freeze! Easy peasy lemon squeesy, you have frozen yogurt chips!!!
