Brussels Griffon—intelligent, cheerful, charming and curious, this breed has an affectionate personality and makes a good companion and watchdog. Griffons are sensitive dogs and don't respond well to fear or aggression.
Affenpinschers are German in origin and date back to the seventeenth century. Its name is derived from the German Affe (ape, monkey). The breed predates and is ancestral to the Griffon Bruxellois (Brussels Griffon) and Miniature Schnauzer.
