#Capirotada cremosa: Hierve 1 lata de leche evaporada con 1 cdita. de cardamomo molido, 1 rama de canela y ½ tz. de piloncillo rallado. Cocina por 7 min., cuela y refrigera. Corta 1 baguette en rodajas, fríelas y escurre en papel absorbente. Acomoda una cama de pan en un molde, añade 3 cditas. de frutos secos mixtos y 2 cdas. de coco rallado; repite hasta llenar el molde. Vierte la leche y refrigera.
