To make with steel cut oats: Boil 1/2 cup steel cut oats in 1 cup coconut milk and 1 cup water for 30 minutes.  Mix in 1 cup coconut milk, 1 cup fat free Greek yogurt, and 1 cup crushed pineapple. Refrigerate overnight.
