Some changes... I like to marinate my shortribs in Coke for about an hour to help clean, sweeten, and soften them. Then I rinse them in cold water a few times. I also use a little more ginger and brown sugar. I like mine a little sweeter. Make sure to use a grill. they taste so much better that way…
