Pool noodle ponies. Fold top part of noodle down and secure with twine, ribbon or colorful duct tape.  Leave extra for reigns which can be tied together to make a loop or left hanging. Cut a strip of felt about 12" long and cut point at the end for ears. Slide the ears between the folded top of the noodle. (can hot glue so they will stand up)  Cut another strip of felt 12" x 4". Fold in half and cut waves/scallops along the edge. Glue to back of head for mane. Glue on google eyes.
