There has never been a better time than the time we have right now - to change how we spend our time, based on its importance within our lives. Finding balance in our lives hasn't been easy. We are often under the illusion that 'being busy' is healthy and just how it should be. When we step back and observe ourselves and our lives, we start to realise that 'being busy' wasn't really all it was cracked up to be. It was a bit of a waste of time when you think about it.
Life is about balance. We have to look after ourselves first because if we don't have our health, we don't have anything. We can think about how we use our time, to prioritise the things we do so we have a good balance for our mental, physical and emotional health and well-being. Taking time out to look after US first, is a form of self-care. When we look after ourselves first, we can then look after others better. Life's about BALANCE, and enjoying our lives with the ones we love.

Vitamin D helps us absorb other important things like vitamin C & calcium & it also makes us feel good. We can get vitamin D from food but we can also get it FREE from the sun. The sun helps our skin to produce vitamin D. We spend a lot of time, living & working in artificial lighting, so it’s important to get outside & get safe sun exposure each day. So short bursts of sunshine or walking on sunrise & sunset can help us get vitamin D each day safely. Always cover up the skin when necessary.
