Through photography, I've found a deep passion and curiousness for nature. Three years ago I damaged my back while working. This changed a lot of things in my life, most activities I couldn't do anymore and I needed to change my career.
Rewilding for women is not about going back in time. It is about integration and looking at the conditions under which our ancestors lived and instead of viewing them as antiquated, seeing them as the cornerstone of health and wellbeing, and looking for ways to bring them back into our modern lives.
