Who wants this bowl for dinner? I’m having something similar today, although not as neatly arranged haha. Featuring fluffy Basmati rice, mushrooms cooked in tamari, avocado, asparagus and tofu. To make the tofu, I first of all cooked it in the air fryer at 200 decrees C/390 F for around 5 minutes. I then added it to a non-stick frying pan together with 2 tbsp tamari, 2 tbsp rice vinegar, 3 tbsp water, and 1 tsp corn starch, and cooked that on a low-medium heat for around 2-3 minutes to allow ...
