This turtle has the advantage of having a flat base so while being three-dimensional, it can be carved like a relief. Having only seen a turtle in a sea life centre, I resorted to the internet to help with the design.

Masitas de manteca: - manteca 100g - azúcar 100g - huevo 1 - esencia de vainilla 1 cdita - harina leudante 200g Mezclar la manteca con el azúcar, la esencia y el huevo. Añadir la harina y unir con cuchara. Sobre la mesa enharinada aplastar la masa hasta 1 cm de espesor. Cortar las masitas con una copa, disponerlas sobre una placa. Cocinar en horno caliente 10´. Decorar a gusto!
