Salar de Atacama (salt flat of Atacama), Chile. Atacama desert is the oldest non-polar desert on earth. It's Mars-like surface has been used both for scientific experiments for Mars exploration and movies.

San Pedro de Attacama, Bolivia. The nearby lakes filled with Flamingoes is breathtaking. We rode to the "Valley of the moon" while here and it was amazing! Each turn was somewhere that looked totally different.
