Ils sont retombés sûrement car j'ai ouvert le four pendant la cuisson et utiliser un moule avec un pic au milieu. On ne sent pas le beurre de cacahuètes ni le sirop d'érable alors qu'on les sentait bien dans la préparation liquide. L'odeur de cannelle est par contre très présente. Il faudrait que je réessaye sans mettre de cannelle et en mettant plus de sirop d'érable et de beurre de cacahuètes.
