Content Creator: @rachaellsrecipes Cherry tomatoes (not grape because cherry are more round) Sliced mozzarella Fresh basil leaves Black olives, cut into quarters Balsamic reduction (or I used a pastry gel since the consistency was thicker) Start by cutting your cherry tomatoes in half and on each half cut out a small triangle. Arrange sliced mozzarella on platter. Layer basil leaf, tomato half and 1 olive quarter on opposite side of triangle cut out. Draw on spots using reduction/pastry gel as shown. Enjoy!
