These are absolutely bad models. The worse part is that one must pay to use them. It's as if no one did research or that TV was used as a reference to get their details. There just isn't an excuse to have issues this bad. These models deserve to be called out in my Hall of Shame.
The artwork is nice, but this is nothing of a German soldier. What is this gear and insignia? The coat collar, and the jacket's bottom pockets, MP40 pouches with K98k Pouches... Knight's Cross and he's a sniper too. This reminds me of some reenactors that come out as Mexican Generals.
Simply bad. This is titled "Wehrmacht soldier". First problem is terminology. "Wehrmacht" is German for "Armed Forces". I'm sure the artist intended "Wehrmacht" to mean "Army". In its actual meaning, Wehrmacht means this soldier could be from any branch of the German armed forces, but I'm sure the artist didn't know that.
It appears to be an with a front (SS) on an army soldier which is supposed to be a front. The jacket has a very unusual split at the bottom front.
