SUMMER: Carnival 2013 en Buenos Aires, and the MURGAS come out in a big way. From Feb 2 the murgas will be somewhere near you (see the website for addresses) every Saturday 7pm to 2am and Sunday 7pm to midnight. And it is very loud and colourful.
