Chateau de Gudanes: A château in the south of France is under restoration.It was an abandoned,neglected & ruined chateau tucked neatly into a deep valley in the French Pyrénées. A site where the first stories of religious tragedies began in the century.
The light shoots through the window like a spotlight. I think it ironic how natural light is lighting up a chandelier (a source of artificial light). You can see the light sliver which creates interesting texture.
Built in 1885 the Shakespeare Chateau bed and breakfast inn, is truly one of the most beautiful homes in St. Joseph, Mo. and the area. From the stained glass windows in every room and hallway to the original woodwork carved from cherry and walnut, this historical gem is worth a long look. (Photo by: Patrick P.
