BLACK & PEACH SILK BROCADE BALLGOWN, 1865-1875 ~ Black ribbed taffeta brocaded with widely scattered peach floral sprigs, trimmed with white silk bobbin lace, wide scoop neckline, short sleeves trimmed with blonde lace & bias silk, fitted boned bodice, lined with muslin.  Center front glass button closure. Three swagged flounces of pinked self fabric at skirt front.
