My son loves the follwoing: 1 cup yogurt (I use whatever greek yogurt I have on hand) 1/2 avocado - peeled & de-seeded a handful or two of baby spinach 1 banana approx. 1/2 cup blueberries 1 pear Green Machine juice (or any other 100% juice - no sugar added) to thin. 1 Tbs wheat germ (optional) Blend well
