Bullfrogs make deep calls like that of a cow mooing, hence the name BULLfrogs. They live 7 - 9 yrs, & can take 4 yrs. to reach reproductive maturity. Mating occurs in the warm season. They eat anything they can swallow. They have teeth in the roof of their mouth & a muscular tongue for flipping prey into their mouth. They can LEAP 3-6 ft in distance!
