Baked Herbed Salmon. Combine 4 Tbsp butter, 3 Tbsp dill, 1 Tbsp parsley, 3 crushed garlic cloves, 1/4 cup parmesan and juice from 1/2 orange (Substitute 1 lemon for orange and place sliced lemon on top/under salmon to bake). Apply a layer of herbed butter to each fillet, season with salt and pepper. Bake it at 415F, for about 15 minutes.
