Bring the handles together in front of your chest, squeezing your chest muscles.
✨So you know that resting between sets is important but it’s also important to rest between your unilateral work. If you are doing a reverse lunge, you are still using that non working leg for stability. So, when it’s time to switch sides and use that leg for the actual work, it’s now been fatigued. Take some time to rest then start with the other leg. You’ll find you have more to give! 🙌🏼
