Santiago Salsa (Vegetarian Beans and Rice Dip)    Notes:  - Requires three kinds of beans. If canned, fine, but if dry... make sure to get everything soaked and cooked well beforehand.   - Requires cooked rice  - Veggie prep time plus half an hour to bake, give it at least an hour (not counting beans and rice prep)
